IDIBC AGM 2026

The Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia (“IDIBC”)

The Board of Directors of IDIBC hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of IDIBC will be held by electronic means as an online videoconference in British Columbia, on the 11th day of June, 2026, at the hour of 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., for the following purposes:

  1. To receive the year-end financial statements of IDIBC for the period of January 1 to December 31, 2025.

  2. Presentation of any ordinary or special resolutions requiring member consent.

  3. Election of nominated Directors to the Board of Management.

  4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Registration prior to the AGM is required for all members. Registration information will be used to record Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for Intern and Registered members as well as verify member eligibility to vote. All members in good standing are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting. In accordance with IDIBC Bylaws, only Registered members are entitled to vote on resolutions.

4:00pm – CEU start – Support For Your Design Business
5:00pm – Official AGM start

Each member must register their name prior to the AGM.  Registration details will be sent via email.

Registration deadline is Friday June 5, 2026. You must register prior to the AGM to receive your AGM package, meeting link and access the meeting on June 5th. Attending the CEU & AGM are each worth one non-IDCEC approved CEU.
