Building with natural stone materials – What are they? Where do they come from? How are they produced and where can they be incorporated onto the building envelope? The outcome of this course it to identify common stone masonry terminology, design sustainable architecture with locally sourced natural stone building materials, identify different natural stone geology types, identify common natural stone product types, and understand how they can be utilized within architectural building or landscape designs.
